“One Dream, One Wish” one of our biggest supporters, contributes to the construction of the first #RMH hostel in Cyprus, assuming the cost of home furnishing.

The support we received from the staff members of Hellenic Bank brings us one step closer to achieving our goals! As part of the #HBVolunteersChallenge campaign, the staff managed to collect and donate the amount we need to buy kitchen equipment of the first 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗰𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲® in Cyprus!

Construction is well under way and we couldn’t be happier to see the realisation of the first 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗰𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 in Cyprus happening by December 2021! Opening its doors opposite the Archbishop Makarios III Hospital, #RMHCcy will be able to host families with hospitalized children from all over Cyprus, providing a place to call home, whilst staying close to their children.

As a favourite fundraiser activity, pupils swapped their normal school wear for their own clothes for 1 day, in return for a donation of €2 each, resulting to a collective donation to #RMHC Cyprus! We are truly thankful.

In her recent interview, our General Manager, explains that, after the creation of the Pediatric Clinic for children with heart disease at the Archbishop Makarios Hospital in 2014, the first 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗰𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 in Cyprus is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Allowing families to access specialized medical treatment by providing a place to stay

On March 3, 2021 RMHC and the Cyprus Youth Board co-signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aiming at boosting both side’s efforts towards giving back to the community.
